Your screenshots should rarely be of your whole screen and Jing prompts you to crop your screen so you send only the most impactful picture.Īfter the screenshot is taken, Jing also automatically opens up the screenshot editor to allow you to point out exactly what you’re talking about. It’s unobtrusive until you need it, and then it’s a snap to use. Jing’s ever-present little sun is a welcomed addition to my desktop. It is still available for current and new users, but tech support for Jing will be hard to come by. As a result, TechSmith has decided to end development on Jing.
